This is the most efficient way to build muscle ✊🏼 I do not train to failure on every set, but I’m always close to it. Usually within 1 or 2 reps. There are some occasions where I might do slightly higher reps - shorter rest periods - and I may experience a burn/pump because of it. However, it’s not what the vast majority of my workouts consist of.
