WE ARE NOT CALCULATORS!! | 1. some form of cardio (walking, running, cycling, elliptical, HIIT, anything to warmup + get my HR up) i love trying new workouts whenever i can. it makes exercise fun! | a lot of influencers and fitness influencers are working out 2-3+ hours a day and eating a strict diet in order to maintain their body. | itβs really hard on mental health and can cause a lot of problems down the line | iβve been there and itβs not fun. iβm trying to focus on healthy choices around nutrition/exercise | 2. muscle training πͺ (my days split: legs, back/bi, chest/tri) | each machine iβll do 4 sets of 10 reps (sometimes iβll push through a little more at the end bc iβm feeling like a beast πͺπͺπ) | and iβll do abs at the end of every workout to keep my core strong! | Country: US
