i love trying new workouts whenever i can. it makes exercise fun! | a lot of influencers and fitness influencers are working out 2-3+ hours a day and eating a strict diet in order to maintain their body. | it’s really hard on mental health and can cause a lot of problems down the line | i’ve been there and it’s not fun. i’m trying to focus on healthy choices around nutrition/exercise | 2. muscle training 💪
(my days split: legs, back/bi, chest/tri) | each machine i’ll do 4 sets of 10 reps
