i dont want to ever seem that i give people the silent treatment but ive always coped by staying silent when im upset, bc im scared that they’ll leave or get upset w me, bc growing up whenever id try to tell people how i felt i would always get shut down. i usually stay silent except sometimes when i feel betrayed by friends, or have built up anger towards them over being mistreated by them for a certain period of time, ill start uncontrollably raging and then cut them off afterwards. #MentalHealth #selfisolating #sabotaging | “are you going to tell me what’s wrong” | no i am not (i stay silent & isolate myself until i drive myself insane) | Country: AU
