in a way im thankful for my experiences cause now i know how i dont want my future family to look. i hope someone can relate i haven’t met many people with this same situation and it makes me feel a bit lonely | me bcs both my parents are mentally ill and my dad is an alcoholic and substance abuser, i had to take care of them instead of them taking care of me and that made me feel like i can’t depend on anyone. i want close friends but struggle with giving my all to people and i self isolate. i’m not proud of it, i’m trying so hard to heal and be better. | Country: SE
