Bodycam video from Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia shows the moment a driver hit the flatbed of a tow truck, flew through the air and crashed. Deputies were on scene of a separate traffic incident at the time. Georgia State Patrol confirmed to CNN affiliate WSB that the driver survived but is hospitalized with severe injuries.
