these might not be my goals initially, but life has its own plans and in the end, everything will always make sense and fall into place. | somewhere between then and now, one meal a day became two, starving myself became protein shakes, being scared of eating to being excited to try new food, all black and baggy clothing turning into crop tops and mini skirts, anxious and impulsive behaviours became emotional freedom, excessive cardio became weight lifting, being insecure and camera shy became cute selfies and ootds. I may not look my best, but somewhere between now and then, im happier and im healing.
