1 year body transformation :) Even if theres not a big difference physically, my mental is so much better. I drink about a gallon of water a day now, have more energy, and I dotn get gym/running anxiety anymore. My starting weight was about 155-160 and now im 138 at 5ā€™4ish. My startong mile time was 11 minutes but now I can run 7-8 minute miles. I hurt my arm a while ago somwhow so i havent been in the gym, but taking up running instead.
