Im ngl im a little embarrassed to post something like this bc im not like huge or swole or anything, but i have gotten stronger and im proud of how far ive come. Im excited to finally start meal prepping and getting results. In thw beginning eating was difficult and i was losing a lot of weight and with that i lost a lot of muscle and all the progress kind of disappeared. Now Im trying to get better and work on my eating so it doesnt happen again and i am far from my goal.
