happy lemon season!🍋💛 this is my recent baking obsession🥹 ~~~~ 🌼🍋 Earl Grey Lemon Squares Recipe🍋🌼 Crust: 1 1/4 cups flour 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 earl grey tea bag (use 1 tsp of dry tea) 1/8 tsp salt 8 tbsp chilled butter Filling: 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 earl grey tea bag 2 tsp grated lemon rind 3 large eggs 1 tbsp powdered sugar ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 1. preheat oven to 350° 2. line 8x8 pan. combine filling ingredients, cutting in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. press into bottom of prepared pan. bake at 350° for 19min or until lightly browned. 3. prepare filling: microwave lemon juice on HIGH for 30secs, then use to steep new earl grey tea bag for 10min. squeeze juice from tea bag into bowl, then discard tea bag. combine sugar, flour, baking powder in bowl. add rind and eggs to juice; whisk until combined. add juice mixture to sugar mixture; stir with a whisk until well combined. 4. remove crust from oven; pour filling onto hot crust. bake at 350° for 23min or until set. cool in pan on wire rack for 30min. then, remove from pan by lifting foil or parchment paper. cut into 16 pieces. sprinkle bars with powdered sugar (~1tbsp) the end!! 100 formas de hacer papas - #6 Bombas de Papa Seguimos con la serie de 100 recetas diferentes con papas. SÍ, 100 recetas Hoy un clásico argentino, y estoy seguro que de muchos paises también. Bombas de papa o croquetas de papa. Como cualquier receta clásica, hay muchas formas distintas de hacerlas. Estas son con un puré de papa simple y corazón de muzzarella. Se pueden rellenar con carne u otras cosas, así como agregarle hierbas al puré o al rebozado. PROCEDIMIENTO: 1) Hervir a fuego moderado 1 kg de papas, enteras, con un puñado de sal hasta que estén tiernas. Colar y pisar y condimentar con 25 gr de manteca, pimienta negra, nuez moscada, y más sal si fuera necesario. Reservar hasta que el puré esté a temperatura ambiente y llevar a heladera hasta enfriar bien. (También se puede usar puré sobrante de un día anterior, en ese caso, si el puré llevaba leche, agregarle un poco de harina a ojo para que no quede tan líquido) 2) Con el puré frío y las manos un poco humedecidas formar las croquetas colocando un puñado de puré sobre la palma de la mano. Aplanarlo y colocarle muzzarella (yo usé dos muzzarellas distintas, una pre rallada bien sequita y otra más húmeda) o el relleno deseado. Llevar los bordes hacia adentro dejando solo una cara del relleno por cubrir. Colocar más puré sobre ese lado y darle forma de bola a la croqueta. Asegurarse de que no quede aire dentro del relleno para que luego no se exploten al cocinarse. 3) Pasar por harina, huevo batido y pan rallado. Colocar en un plato y llevar al frío 20 minutos. Calentar una olla con abundante aceite para freír (yo usé de girasol). Una vez que el aceite esté caliente (180 grados aprox.) cocinar las bombas de papa hasta que estén doradas. No llevará más de 5 minutos en total.
