#conditioner

i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy #eczemaawareness | me to anyone that doesn’t: have to buy certain makeup brands that are expensive as hell that are for eczema prone skin. have to buy everything thats fragrance free. can only use certain skin care brands. cant wear perfume. can’t use scented lotion, body wash, or hand soap. constantly itchy and uncomfortable. having red itchy skin on their face, having to be dairy free to help prevent eczema flares. having to wear LATEX GLOVES in the shower because they cant touch the shampoo and conditioner because it’s scented. always covering arms and hands because they’re insecure about the way their skin looks and so people don’t have to keep asking “what’s wrong with your hands?” | Country: US

Sometimes I place the hair into sections to make this process simpler. If fully dry I take a straightner to flat iron it and go back to brushing. This might take a long while, though if you come across knots undo them with your fingers. If you come across some stubborn tangles I usually make a warm water and fabric softener mix in a spray bottle to fully saturate the area the tangle is at and brush through.

Fourth, I brush through baby powder. It makes the wig fibers softer and deshines it. Optional, but sometimes I brush through gel as well. Just miniscule amounts. | First, bathe the wig in warm water mixed with fabric softener, conditioner, and shampoo. I let this rest for a few hours, then rinse with cold water.

Second, I lay the wig out on a towel and blow dry it on a low setting. Detangling big knots with my fingers from bottom to top.

- Note with my Miku wig I also crimped it ever so slightly, straightened it, then brushed it out. It prevents tangling! As well as brushing through hardware silicone spray. | Country: US

curly hair routine 🫶🏻 (for damaged hair too) more deets: i’ve been straightening my hair for over a decade, and this is the routine that’s helped me bring my curl pattern back out! i highly recommend olaplex n08, the shampoo n conditioner r mid lol but that product (use as instructed) helped me soooo much!! also since some parts of my hair are more damaged & less curly, i like to curl them around my finger & pin them til dry :) helps make the style look cohesive without using heat! hope this helps any fellow curly heads 💗 | curly hair routine
